In the process of descending with bottles and cardboard in the falling mechanism, the cardboard is folded into a carton through a combined baffle. While the main drive is advancing with the carton, the top of the carton is sprayed by the spraying mechanism, then the top edge is folded down by the cam mechanism, while the front pressing box is pressed down to complete the top bonding; the carton continues to move forward, and then the side spraying of the carton is completed by the spraying mechanism, and through the side pressing and back pressing box mechanism. The final forming and bonding of the paper package are carried out to the conveyor belt by the main drive. The equipment is positioned by private clothes, controlled by PLC and operated fully. The main rotations are driven by imported motors. All levels of rotations are regulated by chains and sprockets. It has the advantages of high automation, reliable control, simple adjustment and intelligent operation.
